JUST MAKE IT PINK

Happy St. Patrick's Day Everyone!

When my husband and I first began dating we were visiting his parents one night and I kiddingly told him to behave or I would "spank" him and his Momma Miz Pearl, a saintly lady who left us much too soon smiled at me and said quietly "don't hurt him, just make it pink". Well you would just have to have known her to find this so funny as she was so quiet spoken and ladylike and this seemed a comment so out of character for her, but she was just a very Godly woman who loved everyone and had quite a spirited sense of humor, so in thinking of that, I want to tell all of you that if someone you love is not wearing a touch of GREEN tomorrow and you feel that you just MUST pinch them, to not hurt them but just "make it pink"!

  2. Oh Sweet Mollye...
I can just see Miz Pearl telling you that and maybe blushing a slight pink as the words escaped her mouth. How sweet is that? I love it so much. How very sweet of her. She had accepted you Mollye when she shared that with you.

Gwendolyn sent me her address and will have her box in the mail by Saturday at the latest. I can't wait for her to see her treasures. I hope she enjoys them as much as I did putting them together. Your little treasure will be going out also. I hope you think of me and smile each day.

Have a beautiful day sweetie. We are expecting 82 degrees in the valley here today. I love Spring. Country hugs sweetie...Sherry
