My grandson Joe turns 29 tomorrow! Happy Birthday Honey
This is the face of grief. Taken at Jake's funeral as Joe honored his uncle as pallbearer. He and his Uncle Jake were almost 12 years apart but very close; living together the first four years as Joe grew up and Jake grew into adolescence and his teen years. Later as "grown ups" they became running buds. The pain of losing his uncle was so hard and Joe's face says it all.
Hope this next year will be a turning point for Joe and he will find peace, serenity and happiness. I love You Joe.
