Ohhh, I love your dolls!! I remember them from when I was young too!! Used to have a couple of them but have no idea where they went to. As always, your bringing the memories of happy and simple times back to me.

Your dolls are beautiful. I cannot believe you have kept them intact all these years. Simply lovely. Love your story about your granddad below.It is amazing how our view of our family members change as we get older. My grandfather died in June at 84 and when he did I realized that I never really knew him.

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful collection you have. I started collecting these too as a child but somehow they went missing, maybe when we moved from Britain to Canada way back. I didn't really bring all that much with me, mom made us get rid of a lot, it was a big move, but I have enjoyed looking at yours :)
