I just noticed this morning that I've posted 360 times since I began my little bloggy and I'm coming up on a milestone.
Some of you know how much I love to send little surprises in the mail and what better time than to celebrate my 400 Post.
Soooooooooooooooooooooooooo.........I am going to create a Basket of Thanks and send out to celebrate 400 times I've put my thoughts out for you.
This is just an oh so small way of Thanking you for all the kindnesses you've shown to me and to my family through blogging by way of your support, encouragement and your prayers and friendships.
The rules are pretty simple and of course they have to be FUN so
#1 leave me a comment telling why you're thankful for blogging for one chance
#2 post the basket badge on your sidebar for two chances
#3 be a follower/friend for the third chance
There you have it, and when I reach 400 I will randomly draw a name and send you a basket filled with goodies, both "storebought" and handmade which will show you why I am Thankful for YOU!

ReplyDeleteI'm thankful for blogging since it is my way of having friendships and communicating with others with the same interests...due to my illness I don't go out and about anymore...I work 8 hour days and then come home with total fatigue...as long as I can turn on my computer I have a connection to the world of lovely blogger friends...and that my dear is something to be VERY THANKFUL FOR :D
I received your box of goodies in the mail and enjoyed searching thru those treasures this weekend...thanks for letting us share in your clean up day!!!

Dear Mollye! You are one of the reasons I love blogging! My life after loosing my job a little over a year ago changed drastically. No more daily chats with friends and coworkers, no more lunches where we talked about our families, no more work at a job I loved! Just home, TV, books well OK but I needed something else so badly! Something to help with my loneliness and also a chance to be creative. I found blogging...to say it saved my life might be and exaggeration but to say it CHANGED my life is not. That's why I blog....friends all over the world, creative outlet for me and because now I am happier then I've been in a long time!!

ReplyDeleteI am so thankful for all my blogging friends. I don't know if I could have made it through my Son death if had not been for the support of others. Everyday Jesus lets me know he is safe in His arms, but it is still so hard not hearing Chris' voice and laughter in my house.
